Phase 02 · Motion

Precision Chiropractic Adjustments — the motion engine of our healing system.

When joints stop moving the way they should, the body starts compensating. Muscles tighten. Irritation builds. Pain creeps in. Precision adjustments help restore motion so the system can calm down and function properly again.

The Problem

If something feels stuck, it's usually more than just muscle.

Maybe you've felt tight in the same area repeatedly, had persistent pain with certain movements, or tried stretching or resting without meaningful change.

Over the last 10 years, so many of our patients walked in saying the exact same thing.

Inside our
healing system
01 Pressure → Decompression 02 Motion → Precision Adjustments 03 Regeneration → SoftWave
01

Stiff, locked, or restricted movement

Turning, bending, or reaching feels limited or uneven. Adjustments help restore clean, natural motion so your body isn't fighting itself.

02

Pain with certain movements (but not others)

You're fine at rest, but specific motions trigger pain — twisting, standing, looking over your shoulder. Often a sign the joint isn't moving properly.

03

Recurring tightness in the same area

No matter how much you stretch or massage, the same spot keeps tightening. Usually points to an underlying motion issue — not just muscle tension.

04

Feeling "out of alignment" or off-balance

You can't always explain it, but something feels off — posture, weight shift, movement pattern. Adjustments help restore coordination.

05

Pain that moves or shifts around

One day it's your low back, the next it's your hip or upper back. When joints aren't moving well, your body compensates — and symptoms travel.

What it actually does

A specific input. A targeted reset. Never random.

A precision adjustment, in a nutshell, is a specific input to a joint that isn't moving well — to reset its natural motion.

The goal is not force. It's to restore motion so surrounding tissues can finally relax, function properly, and begin to heal.

Adjustments should never be random or generalized. Ours are based on a full movement assessment — including extremity and muscle testing, motion palpation, and more.

How it feels

Gentle support from the doctors into the correct adjusting position. Quick, precise movement. Sometimes a pop, sometimes not. Sound and cracks are not the goal — motion improvement and natural alignment is.

What that motion reset does

In Flux Capacitor terms — it turns the motion phase back on.

Restores joint motion

Movement returns to where the body is supposed to bend, twist, and rotate.

Reduces mechanical stress

Load distributes evenly instead of one structure taking the hit over and over.

Decreases muscle guarding

Surrounding tissue can stop bracing once the underlying restriction is addressed.

Improves coordination

The nervous system gets cleaner signals — movement patterns sharpen.

Expected outcomes

Real progress — built on partnership.

Many patients notice changes quickly. But this isn't a magic fix — your healing also depends on day-to-day movement patterns and effort to sustain the realignment.

If you sit at a desk for 8 hours a day but come in once a week and expect that to fix the issue — it just doesn't work that way. We have to be in this together.

What patients typically notice first

Common early changes — usually within the first few visits.

  • Easier movement
  • Less sharp pain
  • Improved sleep — which means more healing time
  • Better range of motion

Typical cadence of care

No pre-set, long-term schedules. Care evolves with your body.

01
Early. 1–2 visits per week to restore motion and reduce restriction quickly.
02
Reinforcement. As movement holds, we intentionally reduce frequency.
03
Graduation. The goal isn't to keep adjusting you — it's to help your body need less of it.

If precision adjustments aren't working, we'll know quickly — and we won't keep trying.

We'll find the right fit fast. That might mean activating a different circuit in our system — like SoftWave or decompression — or referring you to a specialist from our trusted preferred provider network.

Most patients qualify

You're likely a strong fit if you have:

  • Recurring stiffness or restricted motion in the same area
  • Pain that's tied to specific movements rather than constant
  • Tried stretching, rest, or massage without meaningful change
  • Joint restrictions interfering with daily activities or sport
  • Headaches, neck or back pain that keeps coming back
We take careful consideration

We'll evaluate carefully if you have:

  • Known spinal instability or advanced degenerative changes
  • A history of spinal surgery or implanted hardware
  • Severe osteoporosis or bone density concerns
  • Acute disc injuries or significant neurological symptoms
  • History of significant trauma — recent accident, fall, injury
  • Unexplained numbness, weakness, or radiating pain
  • Are currently pregnant (not exclusionary)
If another therapy in our system — or a specialist from our network — is a better fit, we'll tell you.
Your first visit

Methodical. Personalized. No guessing.

We listen, evaluate, and only then adjust — with purpose.

30–40min
Typical session

Some people feel a difference quickly once things start moving again. Others need more time for stiffness and compensation patterns to unwind.

No fixed schedule — your care evolves based on how your body responds.

01

Welcome & evaluation

We start by understanding what you're feeling, how your pain behaves, and how it's affecting your day-to-day. Then a focused chiropractic evaluation — looking at movement, restriction, muscle group testing, and where your body may be compensating. The goal: figure out what's actually driving the issue and whether an adjustment is the right tool.

02

Understanding what we found

Before any treatment, we walk you through what we're seeing in plain terms. If something isn't moving well — or your body is compensating somewhere — we explain why that matters and how it connects to your symptoms. No guessing. No cookie-cutter explanations.

03

The adjustment

If appropriate, we use the precise adjustment technique that fits your body and the area involved. Some adjustments are more direct, others more gentle or assisted — but the goal is always the same: restore motion, reduce restriction, and help your body move efficiently. Precision — not force.

04

After your visit

We immediately reassess what feels different, what changed, and how your body responded. Some patients feel a difference right away. Others need time for stiffness and irritation to settle. Either way, your response and this debrief help guide what comes next.

05

Next steps — clear and honest

What comes next is a joint decision. If adjustments make sense, we outline a plan based on your case — not a script. If we agree and your body responds, we schedule a follow-up within 48–72 hours to re-evaluate and discuss whether other Flux therapies could speed things along. You leave with clarity on what's going on and how to move forward.

System thinking

Just one part of a coordinated system.

Precision adjustments are powerful — but real progress often comes from addressing structure, motion, and regeneration together.

The Cycle

Pressure

PHASE 01 / PRESSURE
Decompression
Reduces irritation
Reduces pressure within the spine to calm irritation and create space — taking stress off sensitive discs and nerves.

6 ways precision adjustments restore motion.

Restoring motion allows the system to reset and function more efficiently. Here's what's happening underneath the surface.

01

Unlock joints that have stopped moving well

When something isn't moving, something else is overworking. Adjustments unlock the locked link.

02

Reduce compensation buildup

Compensation patterns quietly stack stress into other areas. Adjustments break the chain.

03

Calm irritated joints

Allow sensitivity to settle instead of constantly getting re-triggered by everyday movement.

04

Improve how your body controls movement

Not just feeling better — moving better. Sharper proprioception and motor control.

05

Redistribute load more evenly

Targeted adjustments stop one area from taking the hit over and over again.

06

Break the cycle over time

Consistent, well-timed adjustments stop your body from falling back into the same restriction patterns.

Do I have to crack my back forever?

+
No. Our goal is to help your body need less of it — not more. Care is intentionally tapered as your body holds the changes.

Are adjustments safe?

+
For most people, yes — and we screen carefully for the conditions where extra caution is warranted. If you're not a fit, we'll tell you and recommend the right alternative.

Why does the joint pop?

+
It's a release of gas in the joint capsule — completely normal and not the goal of treatment. Plenty of effective adjustments don't make any sound at all.

Will it hurt?

+
Most adjustments feel like quick, controlled pressure followed by relief. Some patients feel mild soreness afterward — similar to after a workout — which usually fades within a day.

Do you take insurance?

+
Yes — we work with most major insurance plans for chiropractic services. We'll review your coverage with you so there are no surprises.

How long until I feel a difference?

+
Many patients notice changes within the first 1–3 visits. Long-standing issues take longer — we'll set realistic expectations after your evaluation.

What if adjustments aren't the right fit?

+
We'll know quickly — and we'll tell you. That might mean shifting to SoftWave or decompression, or referring you out to a specialist from our trusted network.
