Phase 03 · Regeneration

SoftWave TRT — the regeneration engine of our healing system.

When tissue gets irritated, overused, or stuck in a cycle of inflammation, healing slows down. SoftWave stimulates a response — so your body can repair and recover instead of staying stuck.

No drugs. No surgery. No "just wait it out."

The Problem

Something hasn't fully healed.

If you're here, you've probably tried physical therapy, injections, rest and ice, prescription meds — even surgery.

But relief didn't stick — and you're not alone on this one.

01 Pressure → Decompression 02 Motion → Adjustments 03 Regeneration → SoftWave
01

Lingering pain that won't fully heal

You tweak something… it gets a little better… but never fully resolves. SoftWave helps stimulate a healing response in tissue that's been stuck in that in-between state.

02

Stiff, tight, or restricted movement

Whether it's your shoulder, back, or knee — things just don't move like they used to. That restriction is often tied to scar tissue or poor tissue quality. SoftWave helps improve mobility by targeting those areas directly.

03

Sharp or localized pain with use

Pain that shows up when you lift, reach, squat, or rotate — but settles at rest. Often a sign of irritated or overloaded tissue. SoftWave helps calm that response while supporting repair.

04

Chronic inflammation & sensitivity

That constant "nagging" soreness, swelling, or tenderness that never fully goes away. SoftWave works to improve circulation and reduce inflammatory patterns in the area.

05

Old injuries that keep coming back

Hamstring pulls, plantar fasciitis, shoulder issues, elbow pain — the same spot flares up again and again. SoftWave targets the underlying tissue quality so you're not just managing flare-ups.

What it actually does

Controlled electrohydraulic energy waves — delivered deep into damaged tissue.

SoftWave delivers controlled, high and low frequency, electrohydraulic energy waves deeply into irritated or damaged tissue. As your body responds to the pulses, we're able to create a "diagnostic pain mapping" of the areas in and around the source of pain.

Think of it as a biological "wake-up call" — for tissue that's been stuck in a stalled healing pattern.

Biological repair takes time and continues long after each treatment session as the body rebuilds tissue.

How it feels

Rhythmic pulsing. Mild to moderate tapping. Most patients describe the sensation as unusual but tolerable — sometimes tender in more sensitive areas, but not sharp or aggressive.

What that signal does

In Flux Capacitor terms — it flips the regeneration switch back on.

Creates a diagnostic pain map

Reveals the exact pain points in and around the source of the issue.

Increases blood flow

Delivers oxygen and nutrients that support tissue repair to where they're needed.

Stimulates collagen production

Activates repair signals and stem cells — supporting real biological rebuild.

Helps remodel tissue

Disrupts adhesions and supports rebuilding healthier tissue over time.

The regeneration phase of the Flux system — turned back on.
Expected outcomes

Many notice changes quickly — but this isn't a magic trick.

It's simply leveraging millions of years of your body's innate healing system — with a non-invasive stimulus of cellular repair.

What patients typically notice first

Common early changes — usually within the first 2–3 sessions.

  • Less sharp pain
  • Better movement
  • Reduced inflammation
  • More tolerance to activity

Typical cadence of care

SoftWave continues working between sessions — not just during them.

01
Discovery. The first 2–3 sessions reveal how your body responds and guide what comes next.
02
Build. 8–12 sessions is typically where the full benefits show up as each treatment compounds.
03
Restart. The goal isn't temporary relief — it's restarting your body's natural ability to heal.

If your body isn't responding as we hoped, we don't keep doing it.

We'll find the right fit fast — whether that's another circuit in our system (Decompression or Precision Adjustments), or a referral to a specialist from our trusted preferred provider network.

Most patients qualify

You're likely a strong fit if you have:

  • Chronic soft-tissue irritation or inflammation
  • Old injuries that flare up repeatedly
  • Tendon, fascia, or muscle issues that haven't fully healed
  • Tried PT, injections, or rest without lasting relief
  • Want a non-invasive option before considering surgery
We evaluate carefully

We'll evaluate carefully if you:

  • Have a pacemaker or other electronic implants
  • Are actively treating cancer or have tumors in the treatment area
  • Are pregnant
  • Have a history of severe blood clotting
  • Recently had a steroid injection in the treatment area
If SoftWave isn't appropriate, we'll guide you to the right starting point.
Your first visit

Intentional. Built around your tissue response.

We assess how your tissue initially responds, identify whether SoftWave is appropriate for your case, and only then move forward with treatment.

10–15min
Typical session

Short, focused sessions — but the biological response continues for hours and days afterward.

SoftWave works cumulatively — each session builds on the last.

01

Welcome & evaluation

Before any treatment begins, we take a few minutes to understand what you're feeling and how your pain behaves — what sets it off, what relieves it, and how long it's been there. We do a focused evaluation of the area, looking at tissue quality, movement, and how your body is responding overall. The goal: determine whether SoftWave is appropriate and whether your tissues are positioned to respond well.

02

Getting set up

Once we've confirmed SoftWave is a good fit, we position you comfortably and identify the specific treatment area. A conductive gel is applied, and the SoftWave applicator is placed over the targeted region. We adjust based on your tolerance, your feedback, and how the tissue responds in real time. The goal isn't to push through discomfort — it's to find the right level your body can actually use.

03

During your session

You'll hear a rhythmic clicking sound as the device delivers short bursts of energy into the tissue at various wavelengths and frequencies customized to you. Most patients describe the sensation as unusual but tolerable — sometimes tender in more sensitive areas, but not sharp or aggressive. We stay in communication and adjust as needed. This is crucial as we create a "diagnostic pain mapping" of your area(s) of pain.

04

After your session

We briefly reassess how the area feels and how your body responded. Some patients notice changes right away. Others experience more gradual improvement over the next several hours and days as the biological response builds. Mild soreness or sensitivity in the treated area is normal — similar to how tissue feels after being worked or activated. SoftWave works cumulatively.

05

Next steps — clear and honest

At the end of your visit, we review what we found and how your body responded. In your follow-up session a few days later, we discuss your response and confirm whether SoftWave is appropriate going forward. If it is, we outline a recommended plan — frequency, expected timeline, and how we'll track progress. We walk through scheduling, costs, and any practical details — so you know exactly what to expect.

System thinking

Just one part of a coordinated system.

SoftWave is powerful — but real progress often comes from addressing pressure, motion, and regeneration together.

The Cycle

Pressure
→ Motion
→ Regeneration

PHASE 01 / PRESSURE
Spinal Decompression
Reduces pressure
Reduces pressure within the spine to calm irritation and create space — taking stress off sensitive discs and nerves.

PHASE 02 / MOTION
Precision Adjustments
Restores movement
Restores proper movement and coordination throughout the spine. When joints move the way they should, pressure distributes evenly.

5 ways SoftWave works and heals

01

Increases blood flow

Delivers oxygen and nutrients to the treated area to support tissue repair.

02

Calms inflammatory patterns

Influences the local tissue environment to reduce the inflammation that keeps pain lingering.

03

Stimulates a biological response

Encourages your body to begin repairing itself — not just masking symptoms.

04

How is SoftWave different from regular shockwave?

+
SoftWave uses unfocused, electrohydraulic energy that disperses across a wider tissue area. Traditional focused shockwave concentrates energy at a single point — it can be more intense and is typically used differently. SoftWave is designed to stimulate broader healing responses with less discomfort.

Does it hurt?

+
Most patients describe it as unusual but tolerable — rhythmic pulsing or tapping. Sometimes tender in sensitive areas, but never sharp or aggressive. We adjust intensity in real time based on your feedback.

How many sessions will I need?

+
Most patients see the full benefit at 8–12 sessions. The first 2–3 are part diagnostic, part treatment — they reveal how your body responds and guide what comes next.

Is there any downtime?

+
No. You can return to normal activities right after. Mild soreness in the treated area is normal — similar to how tissue feels after being worked or activated — and usually resolves within a day or two.

Is SoftWave covered by insurance?

+
SoftWave is typically a self-pay service. We have transparent pricing and will walk through it during your visit so there are no surprises.

What if it doesn't work for me?

+
If your body isn't responding the way we hoped, we don't keep doing it. We'll either pivot to another therapy in our system — Decompression or Precision Adjustments — or refer you to a specialist from our preferred network.

Can I do SoftWave with adjustments or decompression?

+
Yes — and often that combination is exactly the point. The Flux system is designed so each therapy supports the others. We'll tell you whether combining them makes sense for your case.
